4. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide, excluding some parts of Asia and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather events, or carrier delays.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely delighted with your magical purchase. If something isn’t perfect, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy for most items within 15 days of delivery.

The Enchanted Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our support wizards at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted.
2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging. Include a note with your original order number and RMA number inside the package.
3. Ship It Back: Mail your return package to our Returns Department. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The timing depends on your payment method:

• Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order. If the item is out of stock or you need help, email us at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to assist!
