We work our magic to get your orders to you as quickly as possible!

Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some parts of Asia and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Our Magical Returns & Exchanges Guarantee

We want you to be completely delighted with your magical purchase. If something isn’t perfect, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy for most items within 15 days of you receiving your package.

The Enchanted Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our support wizards at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging. Include a note with your original order number and RMA number inside the package.
  3. Ship It Back: Mail your return package to our Returns Department at the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

Refunds: Getting Your Gold Back

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The timing depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Swapping for the Perfect Illusion

Need a different size or color? The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order. If the item is out of stock or you need help, email us at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to assist!

Important Exceptions: Final Sale Items

Due to the magical and sometimes perishable nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales on these items are final:

  • LIQUIDS (e.g., special effect potions, inks)
  • FIRE products (e.g., flash paper, flammable magic props)
  • PLANS (digital or physical blueprints/downloads once accessed)
  • Any CLOSE-UP magic items that have been opened or used (e.g., gimmicked cards, dice)
