Our Policy Overview

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Due to the nature of our magical products, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
  • LIQUIDS (e.g., special effect potions, inks)
  • FIRE products (e.g., flash paper, flammable magic props)
  • PLANS (digital or physical blueprints/downloads once accessed)
  • Any CLOSE-UP magic items that have been opened or used (e.g., gimmicked cards, dice)
All sales on these specific items are final.

The Magical Return Process: A Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Initiate Your Return: Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our support wizards at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging. Include your original order number and RMA number on a piece of paper inside the package.
  3. Ship It Back: Mail your return package to the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. Upon approval, we will initiate your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Getting Your Gold Back

After we approve your return, your refund will be processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we process it.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
